Fanuc A20B 2101 0390 power supply control card problem

Fanuc power supply control card A20B 2101 0390 is used for 24vdc and 5vdc. But it's 24bdc supply not taking load. After load decrease to 21.5vdc.

this board is not so expensive to buy from Fanuc.
With giving back the old one ,you will get a discount for it and with around 500euro will have a new one,why bother to repair it and u do not know how long will hold.
just an opinion.
