ExperMill VMC-0600 Axis Motor Power Fault

Hello,

I recently purchased a lightly used VMC-0600 and I can jog Y and Z axis but the X axis will not move. On the controller it shows a red light for the X axis and the axis motor power light comes on. I have tried replacing the modules on the board but that does nothing. This machine came with two control boxes and the first one was blown but it would run the X and Z axis only. This means I know there is nothing wrong with this machine wires or motors, something with the board or within the control box. Has anyone else had this issue? Maybe some ideas for what to look for?
