NED HELP! Haas OL-1 Confetti Screen

Hi,

We purchased a used Haas Lathe OL-1 (2006) used from an auction. We were able to talk to several employees from the company that was selling out and they all verified that the machine had been in use up until the sale. We bought the machine, and hauled it to our shop (about 3 hour drive). When we power it up, it gives us this confetti style screen and you can see the cursor blinking in the upper left corner of the screen.
We did replace the screen but same problem. We then did a continuity test on all ov the video cables and continuity was good on them. Looking for any ideas that anyone may have or who we should have look at it. We were in contact with our local HFO but without even looking at it they said that it needs a Maincon update which would run $8500. We would like to try to troubleshoot it before we just spend that on it. Thanks in advance for any input.

We have exact same problem! What was turned out to be the problem?

Maincon PCB error if all cable not lose when transport. Can you take picture of Maincon PCB?
