Hi I have an Issue with a HAAS VF1 I'm refurbishing, The problem is when I do a spindle Orientation cycle the machine will find the locking position and the locking pin will lock into position, but as soon as it see's the signal from the locking pin sensor the locking pin reverses and unlocks causing the spindle carry on rotating slightly and producing a orientation alarm.
