Sodick Wire Cutter A280 System Disk Failure

Has anyone got a System Disk for a Sodick A280?
Can an image be created and sent via email?
I'm in Australia and the local importer help is very slow due to COVID.
I know the 720kB disk drives are working perfectly as a system disk with basic functions boots the machine and i can read data files in drive 2.
I urgently require a system disk.
Does anyone know if the system disk can be read by MS-DOS?
Any help is much appreciated as this machine has been down for a couple of months and urgent work is piling up.
