No Alarms air pressure, door open , Oil cooler
Please help. I wants alarms back.
I have just bought an old Feeler FV600 milling machine and it is not showing alarms fx. door open, Spindle Oil cooler alarm and Air pressure low alarms are not shown on the monitor. The alarms are working, cause I cannot move the XYZ axis when the door is open. And I cannot start the spindle without the Oil cooler is connected. Some alarms are shown on the monitor fx. overtravel alarm are shown.
I think it is a parameter that are wrong, but I have no idea which one.

What controller do you have? is it possiable to post the ladder so we can take a look at it?

On an old machine like that, it's completely possible that the devices and sensors that signal the control about the state of the machine's ancillary equipment are either non-functioning or disconnected. If possible, check the X adresses for each signal device, whether by manual manipulation or meter check. If you're not getting bit changes, then the sensors are your problems and the alarms are potentially functioning. It you're getting bit changes with sensor actions and still no alarms, then your problems are deeper then I have the skills to help you with.
I don't recall many if any instances where the MTB gave you control over forcing alarms off permanently. There might be a few, but if it were my guess, door interlocks and low air wouldn't be on that list.

It is A Fanuc 0M and C version. How do I make a Ladder export? Can you use a backup of PMC diagnostic parameter?

I have found the problem :banana:. It was the parameter 906#6 EXTERNAL MESSAGE that was 0 It need to be 1 on Feeler FV to send messages from the PMC-L

You need a PMC EDIT cassette to get to the screen to punch out the ladder.

I think it will be a good idéa to have a PMC casette Will this one work? Found this one on ebay.

No, that is a PMC Ladder Cassette for the series 15A. What I am talking about is an EDIT Cassette A02B-0098-C199. They were field service/OEM issued only. If you find one make sure that you have everything backed up before using I had a few machines go into RAM parity alarm when using them.
