Mach3 turn jogging works but feed rate does not

Hey guys I have a problem with my lathe. I am able to use the keyboard to jog the x and z axis but when I go into mdi to tell the machine to move feed or rapid it does not move the motors wine like they are in a bind . When I hit the tab button to jog the machine constant jog works perfect but the Inc. Mode (step) does not work it does that same humming noise the dro does not move . Does any one have any suggestions please help . The only thing that has changed is I installed a spindle sensor before that all my jog functions worked fine
