Fanuc tape drill OM error PS581 when M6T...

hi guys
I have a problem with the MC010 Fanuc OM-A without a ladder
Axes work, spindle works (M3 AND M4 with S works good), m19 works , but when I give M6 T... then I have error PS 581 servo alarm) and Vardy OFF 401

please help me how to solve it, it looks like some parameters are bad
i have Manuals copy and diagram for this machine if any wont i can send
