ma860h alarm indicator led

Today 2 of my machines ma860h alarm indicator led were on when I turned it on, the manual says that
"Short-voltage and Over-voltage protection When power supply voltage exceeds 123VAC or +173VDC, over-voltage protection will be activated and Alarm indicator LED will turn on."
My problem is that all my Microstepping Driver units run from the same power converter and only 2 of the 3 are showing the red LED's, to test a theory I unplugged the power from the units that were showing the red LED's and swapped it over with the unit that was showing the green LED's and when I turned it on the LED stayed green and this happened with the power for the other unit. I'm wondering if there is a reset that I don't know about.
Can anyone shed some light on my problem.
