Hi,
Did you connected your hardware before installing the drivers? I had the same problem with the ncstudio card. I installed the cylinder drivers and it seems everything to be ok. Try this and try to install the software with the pc and the machine card connected.
Cheers.

Dear Bro,
Use Windows XP SP 2 instead of other operating system for your CNC machine.
This will fix your problem.
Thanks.
I have a very similar problem. It was all working well but the computer started having issues so I did a complete hard drive format and fresh install of Windows XP, then installed the controller card and NZStudio (version 8). Now the controller isn't sending a signal to the spinldle inverter or servo drivers, and unfortunately Service pack 2 didn't solve it. The software is working fine and there is movement on screen when I use the jog controllers, but nothing happening on the actual machine.
Before doing that, you should make backup of the configuration in your NC Studio, using NCHelper software, you can find it on NC Studio installation folder.
