Alarm on change tool

Hello, i have a problem with a “Hyundai SPT-v30TD” when i try to change a tool.
I send the command to change a tool, the spindle go up in magazine, and he block because appear a message “AL 22 MAGAZINE LIMIT SW OFF #10166”.
Do you have an idea why appear this alarm ? And how i can solve it.
