Help ! tool dialog box not showing

Hi All,

New to this group. Currently running Gibbscam V12 with windows 10.
Works, but I cannot edit tools. click on a tool tile, and the dialog box fails
to show. Really weird. Just puts in previously defined tool. Tried re-boot, repair,
looked in settings. Anyone seen this before ? I'm thinking windows updates may play a
role or I'm missing something very basic.
