EZ Router Problems

Is there anyone on here htat has an EZ Router Green Machine with ATC that is having issues with theirs. I just purchased a 4 X 8 table with Auto Tool Changer. I have been getting "Ethernet SmoothStepper" error messages and the machine stops in the middle of the cut. Sometimes it happens within 5 minutes of startup and sometimes it take 3 hours. I have had a technician out to the house twice and still not fixed. They are coming back to swap out the control PC to see if that fixes it. If anyone else has had this issue what did they do to fix it? Also the clearance between the X axis drive motor transmission and the tool holders is non existent and I keep knocking tool holder out of the clips. Anyone else experience this? Just tired of not being able to use my machine.
