You should probably be directing this question directly to Fadal.
We pretty much need to know year, model and control type to answer this as well.
The Fadal Legacy Contro(88HS) is not a PC based control and does not run on DOS or Windows. The operating system is hardcoded in eproms and is not accessible to the end user.
