Baumuller ProProg 2 libraries convert to version 3

Dear All,

I've got a little problem with ProProg wt III program. There are a lots of project file what was made with ProProg wt II.
ProProg 3 is able to convert version 2 project file to version 3, but the libraries is write protected.

I've got SYSTEM1_PLC01_20bd00.mwt (version 2) library, but i need a SYSTEM1_PLC01_30bd00.mwt (version 3)

Can I download this file somehow, somewhere?
