Username on Startup

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. We have an older Takumi B8 running a Heidenhain controller, we shut it down to perform some maintenance and upon powering up , it does it simple syncing and bios checks but when then it displays a message saying "Welcome to HeROS version 4.15.4" and prompts for Username: We have never encountered this before, anyone have any idea to get past this prompt. Thank you.
