Entry Level student needs a programmer or master programmer

Hello everyone and CNC programmers. I am a entry level Student and decided possibly if their if anyone out their possible a Programmer himself a CNC machinist or a master Programmer or even experienced. I am totally lost and confused on this project and it seems that it would be very easy to to program for some body who has the knowledge or experience to code the program for a HAAS machine. Well hopefully the pictures showed up and you can see the schematics and blueprints of what i have to make. it has to include G80 canned cycles

See i am confused on how to figure the trig out for my holes and how to drill my chamfers and the U-shaped dipp.. I hope someone can possible help me with writing a program for this i mean i would think that it wouldnt be more than 30-40 lines of software hope someone can get back too me.
