Machining stratagies

I have been using CREO 3 manufacturing for a while now. I came from Surfcam and a few other CAM programs so i have a ton of experience.
I am looking for strategies for machining such as Pocketing, Profile, and some surfacing. the how too info
movies books or other info and yes i have googled. looking for user information, not sales pitches
