stepper motor size(physical)

here is a stepper motor that is quite large yet it is rated at 120 oz/in.

Does this mean per amp? ....making it peak of 480 oz/in?
If not, why the massive physical dimensions?

Avoid it. It is a non-standard piece of junk.
