Colchester CNC Tornado 100 - don`t start

Hi
My friend have a cnc machine Colchester Tornado 100 1995r on GE Fanuc Series O-T.
Machine worked good but recently he couldn`t turn on machine. On the screen ist green dots and stamps.
I suspect the system is dead.
What do you think?
Do i must clear memory ? How ?
Do you have a parameters and diagnostic to this machine ?
