Fadal lubrication problem

hi everyone
my vmc40 lubricator(pdi bijur)
under pressure when the machine is off or when emergency actived!
What is the problem?

I am no expert but I did rebuild my FADAL VMC15 XT PDI system. I would have to say you have the solenoid maybe stuck open, just a guess. I am going to say electrically open spring loaded closed.
