Manufacturing of ejector bores

Hello guys

I’d like to know how you make your ejector bores.
Do you drill with carbide borers and if you do, then softly or toughly?
What experience have you had with it?

We bore our ejectors a millimeter smaller, additionally up to 30mm before the contour, a millimeter bigger. When the contour is hardened and everything is sharpened and milled, we finish the bores on a wire-eroding machine. We drill with HSS and carbide, depending on possibilities.
