Cadet Mate 1162 ALARM A MCS Winding -change failed

I've looked the alarm up in the manual and found The "magnetic switch failed to come on". I understand that there are windings on the spindle that take it from a low to high speed. However I am new to CNC Machines, so can someone lead me in the right direction as far as what the alarm means and where are the magnetic switches on the machine itself that are mentioned?

just find the contactor and check the close confirmation signal.
