Biesse Rover 336 X axis data lost
We have a Biesse Rover 336 that lost a card. After replacing it the machine will home out, but will not run. it throws a code for soft limit switch, so I am assuming we have entered bad data for the Origin and soft limit switches. Can anyone help? I found a thread on here that confirmed the data we have entered for the x axis is accurate, with the exception of the origin and switches. Thanks in advance!
Re: Biesse Rover 336 X axis data lost
**UPDATE**
I started guessing with some numbers, and now the machine will move for a simple drilling program. It is dropping in the z axis before it gets into position, then it raises in the z axis before dropping the spindle. It drops agian, but does not make contact with the piece. Any ideas as to what datas need to be adjusted?

** UPDATE **
My apologies, The card replaced was for the Z axis, not the X.
Re: Biesse Rover 336 X axis data lost
Hi,
Looks to me that the homing point in the machine data has been lost. The Z Axis will need the homing point changing.
Hope this helps.
