Curious about the setting when operating a servo motor with an inverter (VFD)

In order to operate a servo motor with an inverter, I know from the forum that it is necessary to receive an encoder signal so that the synchronization does not go wrong.

In the inverter setting, the rated slip and efficiency are entered.
However, I cannot find values for rated slip and efficiency in the servomotor datasheet.
How should I set this up?

What can happen if the value of this part is different from the actual one?
