Z-Probe TAM-1530 (NK 105)

So I have access to a TAM-1530 CNC Router, tho i cannot find any information on it online.
The controller it uses is NK 105.
For the most part I have it up running just fine, execpt I can't figure out how to properly to the z probe on this machine.
Usaully there's a touch probe, or the ability to move in miniscule amounts for a paper test.
but on the NK105 controller, I can't figure out how to move in miniscule amounts, and the machinedoes not have a touch probe installed.
So I've never been able to accurately set the Z height, usually 1~2mm off (already crashed quite a few tool bits)

So does anyone have experience with the NK105 and know how to properly set the Z height?
or how I hook up a touch probe?
