DB9 re-pin for using Acu-Rite glass scale on Easson ES-8A

Sorry if this is the wrong place but I figured I'd post this, had an older easson glass scale crap out and we decided to buy an Acu-Rite since i couldn't find a direct replacement, anyhow obviously even with the same DB9 connector it didn't work, did some google searching and wasn't able to find anything to make it super easy, so I got the two pinouts and figured it all out since the wire colors aren't the same even between the two and figured it out, works like a champ.I created a table to make it easy for anyone that decides to do the same in the future.
