Weihong NK105G@ DSP Controller

I have a 4axis Philcam router fitted with a dsp offlline controller. I intend to use a Artcam express software to drive it. I am told to set up the design. Copy tp a USB flash drive. Insert in router,select USB port and then select file. No other information on set up.
Firstly is there anyone out there who is using this system who could guide me

Secondly has any one sucessfully converted this system to a direct controlled system. There seem to be some solutions using breakout boards but require electrical rewiring skill beyond my knowledge. I am willing to purchase the parts but would need detailed rewiring instructions. I have all the Weihong manuals with specifications and wiring details. If you cannot help do you know of any likely help on the gold coast. I am a late 70s hobbyist without a bottom pit of money
