New CamWorks Virtual Machine Simulator
Has anyone set up a new Virtual Machine yet? I am currently about half way thru:banana:. I know there is little support yet, but it is new and the support will come. I have a few questions if someone out there has experemented with one.
So far it looks great, and is a great enhansement to CamWorks with true machine simulation!! And best of all compared to Vericut its a fraction of the price!!!!

What do you need to know?
Re: New CamWorks Virtual Machine Simulator
I am currently trying to build a horizontal bar mill, with Z and W axis. I did just get some support from CamWorks, but still have a few Questions. The M91 home positions is Z (the spindle) sucked all the way in, and W (the table) all the way away from the machine. I did not build my .STL files that way, i built them with the spindle, table, Y and everything positioned at zero. it seems I can ajust the axis parameters and the base offset to adjust it. but the big question is my "3d rotation of the table" that zero point is set at W-32". That is where it calculates the rotation from. how or where do i set that.
Thanks for your reply.

My friend in the know says.... look at the Eurekascript pdf file SO FAR, Eureka uses $$BASEOFFSET, W parameter to update the rotary position
