cnc controls for rotary tube cutter

Hi all we have been sucessfully running a ez router plasma and router machine for the last 8 years , touch wood great piece of kit and support,
i am looking into making a cnc rotary plasma tube cutter, ideally i wanted a kit to bolt together but costs are too high , and people only sell as a built up machine which means shipping costs are crazy, we can fabricate the frame easily but the electronics etc seem a sticking point , anyone have any recomendations who i should try,
