Keller Symplus 5.2- problem with the dongle

Hello
I am an industrial mechanic in my second apprentice year and I absolutely love programming. After continuously urging and pushing the boss, I finally got a Dongle for the Keller Symplus.
The boss says that the software is already in the Dongle (Stick).
However I cannot access the files as the dongle is not displayed in the work place.
I have already downloaded and installed the suitable driver : : SafeNet USB SuperPro/UltraPro.

I also downloaded and installed the Sentinel HASP 5.2 software but it doesn’t work.
Does anybody know what to do? I never had /used A dongle before.

This statement is simply wrong!

SYMplus for DIN/PAL milling is delivered on a CD-ROM. The license is secured through a USB dongle
