How to add Dwell to allow drill to cool down, 30 deep holes in perspex?

Hello,

I am hoping some kind person can please help me? I want to drill 30off 10.3mm dia holes, 22mm deep into cast perspex and I suspect that the drill will overheat and wreck the job. How can I add a dwell of say 20 seconds after each hole to allow the drill to cool down before the next hole?

This is the Code I want to use..(with no dwell)....My machine is a Chinese router with a 2.2KW, 24K spindle and has very little torque if going too slowly.
