Hello.
I've been running the machine frequently and last time was early last week. I powered up the machine today, no changes made in any place loaded some new gcode files. Press start and the machine does nothing. The software moves to the first line of code and just stays there. I have tried gcode files that I ran last week with no issues but they do not work today either.
Any updates that have happened over the weekend? I have tried updating software and firmware with no results.
It seems like the software just stops working when it meets the G00 code. If I remove this code the program continues until it reaches a new G00.
Removed all the G00 codes from program and it runs as normal.
Why did the software suddenly decide not to recognize G00 as a code or refuse to move on it? It has been running with same post processor for over 1 year with 100's of files.
Did you by accident reduced rapid speeds to 0%?
Happened to me a few times and I was wondering why the heck the machine would not move....
Don't even know how to change those settings. :o
But yes apparently after some searching around it seems like the traverse speed had been set to 0%.
Being switched off may have caused it to default to 0% or someone changed it.Quote:

Advice:
Whenever override value is set for feed, rapid or spindle, button will be colored orange. Makes it easier to notice.
