3D Scanning / CNC - Jacksonville, Florida
I am overwhelmed by the array of resources and talent here, so I respectfully submit my general request here, hoping that someone will guide me to the right spot.
Generally, I need:
- scanning
- machining
- in or near Jacksonville, FL
The existing part(s) are small (40cm x 20cm x 20cm) and "jewelry-level"
precision is necessary. The scan file needs to be "tweaked" with corrections
and design modifications.
The new parts need to be machined from a variety of stock.
We need one initial prototype (then another?, then another?) then
production runs of 100 assemblies (300 pieces) in each of copper, aluminum,
silver and stainless steel.
I would prefer the shop be nearby as it might facilitate the turnaround times,
but I am not married to it. Mostly, we need a responsive, "hands-on" facility,
perhaps even a hobbyist with the skills and interest in handling such a
short-run production series, but with the scanner and software skills on the
front end.
ALL suggestions, leads, guidance will be appreciated.
We can handle the part you look for
We specialize in Prototype manufacturing in China also the worldwide, I believe we can handle the part you mentioned in a lower cost. Just send me the pic of the part so I can give you a quotation. Contact me by email: [email protected] or skype:sarahwu25.
