Roboform 810 Axes Not Moving

Dear All,

We have roboform 810 EDM Machine. Problem is axes are not moving.
Remote is not working. We bough new one from GF & still same issue. Remote buttons doesn't work. But Output LED gets on. When commanded in program MOV,X10 we get following error message.
" E1040: BAD ELECTRODE PICKUP"

We are not able to identify issue is because of remote or electrode pickup?

What is E1040. We bypassed air pressure switch in electrode clamping system.
