citizen cincom L5 20 alarm 52 S1 S5, NO SPINDLES WILL RUN

I have a citizen cincom L5 20 machine that intermittantly gets a 52 s1 s5 alarm no spindles will run at all in mdi or program or even when powered down and back up.
this sometimes happens after an issue like high chucking pressure warning on one of the collets.

The only way to reset this problem is to leave the machine off for about an hour, power back up & then the machine will work as normal could be for weeks or months.

any help on resetting this issue straight away or identifing why it is happening would be a great help.
