Endmill for cutting 1mm aluminum sheet

Hello.

What type and size endmill/endmills would I use to cut 1mm aluminum sheet and also make #6 screw holes which are around 3.3mm in diameter. I'm making a guitar pick guard and I'm trying to learn to cut aluminum on a Millright Carve King with a Dewalt DPW611 router and the lowest speed is 16000 rpm which I know it's not ideal for aluminum. I've read that 1 flute cutters are great for aluminum.

With a variable speed controller you can adjust the rpm way down without loosing torque.
