Rigid tapping errors without rigid tapping installed

Hi

Having some issues with a 'new to me' fadal vmc 40. I replaced the 1400-1 CPU board with a 1400-4 CPU board, as well as the 1420-1 video board to 1420-4 board and the computer interface board 1030 with the newer style.

I've checked the SETP parameters and set HIGH Torque/Rigid to no. But I'm still getting all kinds of errors on the last pages of the MU screen...30 to be exact, all pointing to rigid tapping and spindle encoder and stack overflow..

Was also getting a spindle software fault until I replaced the C axis card with one with slightly newer software

Anyone have any idea how to not get the ridid tap errors when there is definitely no rigid tapping installed?

Issue resolved, replaced all axis boards with -4's and machine boots up much faster and faults gone.
