Engraving software.

Hi,
I have no knowledge about engraving machine.
Shop were are I work, old machine broke. We are looking for replacement.
Any advice welcome please.
We are small molding shop, we need for engraving cavities ID, logos all small stuff. Old machine had 2"x2" travel came with EZCAD2
What engraving machine will you advice or what do you use?
Is there better software then EZCAD?
