Mazak dual turn 20 t plus

Hey everyone need some help.
I have a mazak dual turn 20, mazatro t plus
First turret 2 stopped indexing. Chamged everything on the end.
Remove the proximity switch it will index.
So stop fighting and calling mazak.
Setting up head 1 and the threw a tool holder, than my hydraulic pump over heated. Cleaned that out and found the following.
Metal chips, fine metal, copper wire from a motor and a whole lot of what was once call a gasket.
Tank was cleaned out about 1 year and 4 or 5 months ago
Thinking something inside failed.
Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas where to look? Or is the machine done
