Aluminum cutting under $4000

Hello. I'm new to CNC and after building a hobbyist machine (carve king) I've decided to leave that to wood/plastic cutting/carving and get a dedicated machine for cutting Aluminum or other metals (mostly sheet) at proper feeds and speeds and depth of cuts. Can anyone direct me to some machines or brands with a cutting area of 24x24 or bigger for under $4000 that can do the job well? Possibly a more expensive machine with Black Friday deals. No Flooding or mist. I would be using Minimal quantity lubrication or near dry machining as my method of cooling/lubricating. Is this price point realistic?
