The Nomad 883 and Post Processors

Will Sharpcam be supporting the Nomad 883 when it is available? Which machines do you have post processors for? I'm looking at CNC machines and CAM options for producing jewellery and I need a CAM system which is both accurate and highly efficient.

Thanks for your question. We do plan on supporting the Nomad 883 when it is released. Sharpcam has post processors for all major machines, including Fanuc, Heidenhain, Haas, Fadal, Siemens, Mach3, Anilam, MILLPWR, ProtoRAK and WINCNC. Our Post Processors are very configurable, so for example, our Fanuc post will work with most machines fitted with a Fanuc. If the post is not available, then the "Machine Developer" can be used to edit existing posts or make brand new ones. This is a straight forward process, however to make this even easier, we do offer a free post creation service to all our customers.
