Alarm 20:
In circular interpolation, the end point is not on the commanded circle or radius difference between at the start point and at the end point is over 20 ยต.
Alarm 48:
Move command is commanded without zero return (reference point return), when turning power on of after emergency stop state.
how can we exactly set the reference point to avoid alarm48
