VTC 160 CNC ATC Axis not moving

Hello, We have a Mazak VTC 160 CNC Vertical Machining Center with a 24-tool automatic magazine. We have just installed the machine and are starting to do the first tests. Here is the Situation, after starting the machine and homing it. We open the MDI to make a tool change, cycle start. Then, the magazine will seek its position and nothing more happens, No movement of the axes to come to the tool loading position. No error is displayed, the cycle seems to be paused. I would like to know the possible conditions that could prevent the movement of the axes to reach the tool change station or other problems that could cause this situation.
