Enabling 4th Axis on OKK PCV 40 with Fanuc 0M

Greetings from India!

I had purchased a second hand OKK PCV 40 with Fanuc 0M control. It also came with a 4th Axis attachment of Nikken make (model CNC-150) with Fanuc control itself . I need to install the attachment on the machine now . For this I need your help :

1. Can someone please share a step by step procedure or checklist of things needed to be done to enable 4th axis?

2. Please also help with the list of parameters to be enabled/modified to set up the 4th axis at the VMC control (Fanuc 0M) side?

3. Any care to be taken during connections/ hardware issues etc.

Would be immensely grateful if someone can help me work this out or can connect me with someone who could do that.

Please also share if you have any study material or manual related to this.
