ands its finshed and moves the probe to the corner ..
Go into offets and look @ G54 why do the numbers change on x and y
if you press part Zero set .. shouldnt they stay the same ?

It moves to a safe position near the corner....not to the corner. If it were actually at the corner, your 6mm ruby ball would be touching the vice by 3mm. The reason it changes when you hit part zero set is because you have just designated that safe position as G54 rather than the actual vice corner.

it moves to the position where you started , just zero your operator positions and run the cycle it should be the same , have checked this in probbing a bore.
