Hello,
I have Hypertherm max 100D with arc problem. Everything works well till arc starting, when I trigger plasma start switch all unit shuts off (sounds like short circut and in main countrol board MOV2 is starting to heet up) Looking at the control board diodes - D5 is on and even D6 is lithing up for short time when triggering switch.
