Mastercam X4 3d contour not following contour

Hello all,
I've searched and can't find an answer to this so I'm finally posting. This should be (and probably is) really simple but I can't figure it out. I'm just trying to mill a 3d contour with the 2D contour operation using 3D as contour type but it's not following the contour as seen on the attached. I would like to step it .010" as well. I'm sure I haven't given enough information so please let me know. Thanks for any help you can give!

You need to program the center of your tool instead of the tip.
