Turret tool holder wedge pictures or dimensions?

I am now to the point of setting up a tool or 2 in the tool holder of my DM3000 but dont have the wedges, I have the part of the tool holder that bolts to the turret but not the wedges. Or if anyone has a few extras for sale, that would be great too.

Never mind I found them, in my tool box!

Can you post dimentions? Dyna doesn't have any in stock, so I have to make some.

Unless someone is willing to parts with some of theirs? :)

Here are a few pics of the various pieces. I tried to get a few measurements. Tell me if you need anything else. The first pics are of the tool holder. The 2nd set is the wedge and the final is a spacer if running metric tools.

i cant find any on ebay....

got a question for you...on your tool holder for say like a boring bar why are they so sloppy when fitted to the turret? I just finished a cad dwg to machine me one that will fit tight and center the tool to the spindle center line and not have to deal with the 14mm sleeve. I will not now able to use more ready available tooling

3D Cad Model Finished for Tool Holder. I will now be able to use oddball size tool shanks. I will be turning out my own custom sleeves also. These tool holders will fit tightly in turret slot and also centers the tool hole up with the spindle center line.

Great thing sis I can customize them how ever I want!

Big Chips - can you post a drawing or sketch of the parts - so that the rest of us can make some?

I would also love to get a dimentioned sketch or cad file on the ID tool holder!

I have a 3000 in original form and working as it should, but would like to purchase 3 each of the 2 holed retaining blocks, wedges and spacers.
If anyone can assist in the purchase of these it will be appreciated.
