The previous threads are from 2009 mostly. They do raise some issues but I hope by now that those issues will have been resolved.

I'd be keen to hear from anybody who had bought a machine in 2011 or done business with the company more recently than 2009.

How are the machines? What was your purchasing experience like? What sort of a reference can you give?
